yeah it is the graphics driver.. it is running with out a driver right now.. since it doesnt have a graphic card stock.. I need to know the motherboard because the motherboard will tell me which version of the driver you need from intel.

I hate that card.. I hate how dell downgraded between the I8600 and the 6600.. Even on the 9300 why wouldnt you spend the extra to make that screen look awesome?! haha yeah 55,000 miles of lag sucks the big one.. T1 is going to run at 1.5/1.5 99.99% of the time.. it is a leased line so you can do what ever you want with it.. it will either come in copper like a phone cable or via fiber.. You are going to need some serious network hardware, router like cisco quality, to connect to the internet.. Most of the time the providor provides the hardware nessary.

replacing dway to t1? that is going to be expensive! The only way you are going to be able to get t1 is through your phone providor, ATT, or RBOCs..

try using cablenut to get the close to the same wired speeds.. Since it is wireless you are not going to get close to the -same speeds as wired due to the fact that it uses a radio.. However, you can get about 85-90% of wired speed on a wireless connection..
