welcome to the forum. i have had experience with streaming webcams, but only locally. it is a bit laggy, but acceptable. but it could be a diffeent matter when you talk about streaming from abroad. let's wait for some more advise to get a more clearer idea.

i guess you could use two browsers, one for surfing with proxy, the other one is dedicated to opening your canopy. i'll try it out.

so setting it to local makes it readily accesible, but not if your using a proxy? i'll keep that in mind.

i think 1US$ = Php 40.00. that is philippine peso. i know it still low, but that Php1,200/day is high compared to an ordinary employees salary here(Php300/day)

maybe they are having technical problems at the base station. if you tried all that you can find here then there is no reason for your speed to be so slow.

what tweaks did you do? did you try coolbuster's guide?
