maybe its, not yet fixed. btw, i emailed cs a few days ago and complained about the speed i got(33 kbps). the my CP got broken. they emailed me this morning and said that they weren't able to contact me. talk about good timing.

@gerger21 i think you have to change the last digit of the ip that you got. for example, if you got 10.222.333.444,you should change it to 10.222.333.441 try that and post results. alsoo,read the how to tweak smartbro thread, and give close attention to posts by jun101. he has good advise about using the esn# .
