This afternoon I went to Smart Wireless Center SM CDO and complained regarding my slow connection and they say the techs will contact me asap and will visit my home...I hope I will get better speed after fixing my connection

yeah they blocked the canopy sm for us not to modify the settings

Tried it also didnt work for me, i've read it from pldtplay forum my canopy is really blocked for sure...

I think it not possible to forward ports for us smartbro users coz our ip address are like in a lan connection 192.168.x.x we only get shared ip addresses, dunno maybe there's a way. if there's a will there's a way!
