Unless the cause is a bad network cable in your house, nope. Even that probably wouldnt lower your ping

Heres two sets of files to try... remember to reboot after applying settings... Pick the file with the correct upload speed from each set...

I put those settings in .ccs files to make it easier for people to use them...
