You should always test with the largest file size, its more accurate... quite good speed though My record speed was 1101Kbps (with 2992KB file)

could it be? yes... should it be? definitely not... are you by any other electronic devices? also, do you have any 2.4GHz wireless phones? do you know what speed you have the router set at max?
