  2. The main servers are located in Texas (Dallas I believe...)
  3. no.. your software reads version info from their servers and checks if your version is up to date.
  4. It should be one of the last few... but I suppose it doesn't make a huge difference
  5. true, but then the case would have to be wider...
  6. There is a space for a 120mm fan in the front..
  7. Well, I got my front USB ports hooked up, but they don't quite work right :- Some things, like my USB optical mouse, work fine, but any storage device freezes the computer. Probably Dell related...
  8. I strongly suspect you don't have a 'real' liquid cooling system. I think it's a liquid filled heat pipe that transfers heat to elsewhere in the case, probably the back.
  9. I've got my power supply fan (blows a ton of air), another exhaust fan, the intake fan on the side, one in front, one on my video card, a PCI exhaust fan, (all 80mm) and a 120mm fan in mid case (blows air at CPU and GFX heatsinks, and draws extra air in) I couldn't get the 120mm fan to fit in the front of the case cause it was too deep. (really old fan) Unfortunately I can only measure HDD temps, both of which are 82
  10. yea, I think my best bet is to find my ohm meter and do some wire testing.
  11. Well... I'm still figuring out the plugs myself (dang Dell proprietary crap) I used a LED on the front panel for each HDD usage, but I have to find a wiring diagram for my motherboard to hook up the USB and Mic jacks (not likely that I'll find anything Aside from that the case is great.. excellent airflow and it's pretty quiet too. And it looks sweet...
  12. (back on topic) I just bought that same case yesterday lol
  13. Thanks for informing us you stole hundreds of cds. Just wondering though, is it really that much work to use iTunes to sync? I myself use 5 different media players...
  14. Either way it's going to be saved to disk... the only difference is you have to double click it in the download window to run it. I don't know why someone would make a plugin to save you about 2 seconds, but there might be something
  15. Didn't someone just ask this a couple weeks ago? Anyway, it depends a lot on the node traffic...
  16. Mine? that's only a 80mm fan (the picture makes it look a lot bigger than it is, although it is a good sized fan) I have a 120mm fan also. As for the RPMs... I'll have to check the next time I restart with the Dell utility program
  17. Nice. I have a good sized heatsink myself... although I need a better fan to put on it... it works great though, the base is barely warm to the touch at an idle.
  18. I've got your hard drive temp beat, but that's the only temp I can measure. 78
  19. Wasn't there just a topic on this a couple weeks ago?
  20. not very hard if people don't keep their servers patched...
