Try copying them back to your computer in disk mode and use iTunes to copy them back to the iPod. Look in Tools -> Plugins...

Look through it in disk mode and see if you can find your files on it somewhere...

The server uses a reverse DNS lookup to get the ISP... if the lookup fails or the information isn't available yet that may happen. In your case I think the information just isn't available.
