Each topic only takes up a couple kilobytes, even the huge topics take up little space... you don't have to worry about deleting topics...

I can never use Windows Update either... I think DirecWay has something to do with that... just make sure automatic updates are on and let your computer run for a while...

emptying your cache won't hurt anything...

run the .reg file in the zip file, it will ask if you want to add the info, etc. click yes, then it will say it was successfully added, click ok, and reboot
