Go to the download test page ( https://testmy.net/d_load.php ) and hit CTRL + F5 and hold it for 3 seconds..... then retest. If that dowsnt help.. then here only thing to do is Get a better browser that allows you to clear cache

Where are you getting these hosts from .. lol canaca guarentees "premium bandwith speeds" yet their speed test gave me a maximum of 97 kbs .... And speedyhost's motto is " cheap host but good quailty" ..no capitals nor proper grammar... Im not saying either of them are bad hosts... just watch where you throw around your money :- .....

ca3le may be able to set up a remote host for you. Meaning the test files would be located on your server, and you would take the test via remote link from your pc -> server, then results would be displayed here on testmy for you to see. That would setup a "speed test" to see what your server is capable of... but if your refering to your pc -> server's responce time to "initiate" the download , all youd have to do is ping the server, thus giving you a ms (millisecond) time to your server. If neither one of thoes are what your talking about then *shrugs* iunno.

yea i posted in another thread that every single dallas node from tampa (me) to testmy had over 70 ping. Myt first 4 or 6 hops were under 9-10 ms then as soon as it hit dallas route, it kicked the bucket
