Well unfortinatly from all my people on comcast, from what iv heard of the large division that uses this backbone, comcast is the worst of all of them ( with speeds and policies actualy )

theirs no way your getting 7.5 on the 6 meg test, using an advertised 5 meg line... sorry. - you have to already be on the premo account. its also not because theirs few people in your area using it ( as other people say) because theirs 4 people in my area ( including myself) using the line, and my speeds are just a little above cap on the 6 meg test. ( adver. 5 , getting 5.4 on the large tests )

The premium package has an "advertised" 6 down, but the cap isnt set till somethere in the 8's , since its just that, premium. Im on the basic plan, 5 down and i get 6.5 so.. :::.. Definatly the RR Premo package. The best iv seen is 6.5 on my RR.

Please excuse my random pointless question , but what does the signal strenth go up to on sat. internet? Because i know my dish outside right now ( for tv of course) gets 128 O_o.

The smallest scores are called "cable/dsl" . Theirs nothing smaller it can be called in the scripting. If you were faster, it would bump you up to a " ethernet 10mb + " stature. Faster then that its 100mb , etc. SO even if you are on dialup the only thing it can call you is "cable/dsl" since its made to mesure broadband connections. Network limited 99 % means that your ISP has you cap controlled, and not fully burstable 10/10 or 100/100 like vanburen (that is IF you actualy were on broadband). "Information: throughput is limited by other network traffic."
