i had that same problem when i had adelphia, and i found out that some routers will do that and some wount, like alinksys will but a netgear wount, its very wired. :haha: you dont have to worry about it its not doing any harm. when you see the light on the router blinking when the PC is off then you know you got real problem.

it means that if you were to set up a voice over ip server on a T1 that server could handell 24 calls going through it at once.

NO, it means that a T1 can Handel 24VOIP calls at once, optimally. on my connection i can handell 4-6 calls at once. and i have 394kbps of upload bandwidth.

thats just over kill, and that fucker is defiantly not portable. :haha:

a friend of mine has it, he likes it i like you can't tell the difference between it and a regular phone. But if you upload alot of files don't get vonage, my friend uploades alot "bittorrent" and when i talk to hime when he is uploading it sounds like crap, and it cuts in and out. But if you do not upload alot its great, id say get it.

how long was the distance? i know a guy at Texas interments transfered a 20GB file in 17sec in February, but the distance was only over 10 feet.

i was right in the eye, my town boca raton got hit the hardest, the only reason i got power on so fast is i live right next to a hospital. were i use to live, peoples screened in patios were literately picked up off the foundation and thrown 100's of feet away.

im not talking about physical size im talking about the hurricane force wind field.

im telling you that katrina was a much smaller storm then wilma in the hurrican force winds. had wilma hit the same area as katrina there would have been so much more damage.
