well they have cable and thats what happens when you host on cable. you get capped and that is exactly how my cable isp was(optimum online). ditched them and got dsl and no longer have any problems throwing up 3 to 4 16 man servers but with the cable i had like an average of 950 up and over 9500 down on peak hours and couldnt host 8 people. this was also before i started trying to host and it was already capped at 8 people like the ports for xbox were capped to a certain speed.

he doesnt want to pay that much for 1.5 when some sdsl can come close to that for half. its a ripp-off for a T1

your in a bad spot if you want to host xbox servers cause your stuck with that unless a T 1 is cheap in your area and dsl is not an option cause your way too far from the central office. where do you live? here is my line quality test and mine is weird cause i get 2 hops to cali and i'm in nyc. http://www.broadbandreports.com/speedresults/9782476a6aca/1835614
