You would then redirect all port 80 requests to the ip on your network of the computer which is running the webserver, same as port forwarding. So forward port 80, then when people type in your ip address in a browser it will go to the what ever your webserver is hosting. You can get a domain name, or free no-ip service to redirect to your ip so you dont have to give this out. Theoretically of course.
