coknuck Posted May 25, 2006 CID Share Posted May 25, 2006 Personally I would get a Buell. Their fast handle good. The gas milage is not to bad either. Plus you can get go fast kits form S&S Cycles. I saw a show not long ago compairing it to some Rice Rockets of the same class and the riders preferred the Buell for it handling. It might have not been as fast on the straight aways but was better in the corners. But it all comes down to what you like. I myself still ride the same Knucklehead I've had for the last 30yrs. But that one appears that you can at least sit up a little more. The lay down style would start to hurt my back too much. Just my thoughts. Maybe some pull backs? It a 1988 FLHTC 85th Anaversary #237 of 850 with 25,000 miles on it. Just like my Knucklehead better.
