mudmanc4 Posted December 13, 2006 CID Share Posted December 13, 2006 With all these new extentions ie: .daa etc... , what is a good program thats not expensive and is reliable? Experience counts Thanks
Shug7272 Posted December 13, 2006 CID Share Posted December 13, 2006 You know I love Nero but that doesnt fit your criteria. I had a free program I used that did well but cant remember it. I will try to find in my man. Also Alcohol 120% is good. kinda expensive though.

The smart start pretty much walks you through any project you can imagine. Alcohol is great for ripping or copying discs.

gwhall007 Posted December 14, 2006 CID Share Posted December 14, 2006 I use, and highly recommend, a combination of Nero and Power ISO. However, for free, try ISO Recorder. it can be found at: http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm

For some reason , I cant burn the ISO.It doesn't recognize it. But yea the .daa files are great, fragmentation of tcp , ip , subnet, and link packet loss has been a troublesome issue until now.Much cleaner. Still don't know which one to choose. mudmanc4 Posted December 15, 2006 Author CID Share Posted December 15, 2006 CDBurnXP Is the interface relatively self guiding? Some of them seem to be a bit on the heavy technical side. Not that thats bad , tweaks are cool, but when your in a hurry , you want just to burn the dang thing
TheHalf Posted December 15, 2006 CID Share Posted December 15, 2006 Why not use WinISO? If your booted into Windows (any platform of Win) WinISO will help you much; I also agree on Alcohol. TheHalf
