Upload bigger than download

how come my upload speed is bigger than my download speed..I already done the ff..

after i tweaked using

cb 20 steps and canopy tweak ,disable dnscahing,fastpage loading increasebuffer idid great with 362kbps that was 3 am upto 6 am consistent ..

but now my reading is

Bottom Line:: 0X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 512 sec

Tested from a 96 kB file and took 58.734 seconds to complete

hi everyone. i also experiencing  a higher upload than my download on my download speed i usually get around 120-278kbps but on my upload i always get 800kbps or above. my most lowest upload is 600kbps. why am i getting this one. can i exchange it with my download speed,?
