I am using cablenut tried van's recommendation but no luck the speed seems the same. Call multiple times cox and they came here "everything is fine" powercycle the modem and nothing.

random speed test, I figure it's fast enough to where there isn't any point to making it faster, since most sites I only get like 150-300k/sec on most sites on average anyway- maybe one in 100 allow full speed.
