Been watching this thread since I noticed my upload was showing around 3.3mbps of my 5mbps upload. Now mine too is back to normal; And I just noticed I'm number 13 on the fastest members list? DOCSIS3.0 would likely not help the upload but may help your download as 3.0 has downstream channel bonding even if your not using a 3.0 required package from the isp I don't believe they bond upstream channels yet there was a good thread on the forums here a week or so back about it
