Is that all you run? Or do you have it dual boot?

I am really not trying to be mean. I am just sick of him telling me to use Google. I do use Google most the time before I come here. Some times I just don't know if what I found on Google is right or not. I will end the fighting as long as you stop being a jerk to me. Sorry for my immature responce (sp?).

Mine was Gmail (not no more because I downloaded Thunderbird). Then I switched to testmy.net, then I decided I needed something faster so I now am using Google as my homepage.

How much faster are we talking? When I use Ad-Aware it takes about 2 minutes to scan my PC. So that's fast enough for me.

Yeah I want to know if there is a feature like on Linux where you can click lock screen and still have everything running. Like I still want my Torrents downloading and Trillian on away while having the screen be locked so they can't mess with anything.

Ok say I have like Trillian, some Torrents, and other things going on my PC. Is there a way I can password lock everything while it is still doing what it is doing? I want to password lock the screen when I am not home so no one messes with my things. I am sure you all understand.

Ok why does StyleXP cost after like 60 days? Why does every theme have a a$$ load of spyware with it on xpthemes.org? Oh and why wouldn't the one I chose work? Do I need to do the patch someone posted? Answer these ? please! Thanks...

You bet I did. I clicked the one I wanted and loaded which also loaded TONS of spyware and it said it loaded but it was still the same.

Wow screw this...Each theme is loaded with spyware and it didn't work for me anyway. It said it loaded the theme but didn't even show the one I downloaded.

Really? When I tried getting some they said it costed... How can I use them free if the software to load them is only a 60 day trial??

I don't know. I would prefer one OS on my pc. Why can't I get Ubuntu to recognize my internet connection? Help please.... EDIT: Also couldn't I use Wine to play Windows games on my Linux system if I decide to go this way?

Wow I love Ubuntu. I guess I will not be installing it on my new Computer though. I can't play The Sims 2 on Linux, no being able to play games on Linux made me change my mind.

I got it installed. How do I change the theme? I click it but it doesn't change. Oh btw I was planning on putting this on my new pc I am on now but will I be able to burn all my downloads and puit it on my linux when its installed?

Well I am at a black screen now, I enter in my name and password I made and it says mark@abuntu:~$ what am I supposed to put...It has done nothing for like 25 min...

I think CCleaner does so too. That's what it says.
