The 41.9 that you refer to is a gusstamet.....OK...if the stamped bracket from Japan or where ever, was perfect....and the pipe or mounting bracket was perfectly level......and there was NO dirt or paint on the surfaces that mount the feed horn...and ect. If you can see what I mean ...there'd LOTS of variables involved here. Think of it as your portable FM radio at the beach/in the garage/where ever. You can get the radio station that you want ...but it's got static....soooo..you move the antenna around till it clears up. In doing so you are actually aligning it to the horz or vert. pole that it's sent on. RF is in wave lenghts for FM same as your sat sig. Does this help any???

fikester the manual adjustment on the dish will change that ....it's the rotation axis.. there's up and down....left and right.....those two locate the sat.. rotation is the axis that lines up your send sig with the windows on the sat...

Hey BillnMartie ..welcome to the forum!! USB should work up to 50-60 feet I would think......however if you can use your ethernet ports instead it would be faster...I've used one of those 100ft and had no problems....

Hey jlester ...yes there is a 1.5meg professonal account that runs $129.25 a month....I don't have that. I have basic service that's $59.95 a month plus tax...for three years now. And the $675.00 for initial install...plus $250.00 for the DW6000 DOWNGRADE. To go back to my old 4000 system....I'm stuck with the $250.00, DW6000 modem...and they want $300 more to reset my account..

Yea well ......it's either put out ...or get out....they arleady got me for $1100 and the $63 a monthfor 3yrs.....they know nothing else is out here....they did their research..

I'm not getting over 1 meg....unless 3..11....maybe20..is called over.. ....what's my average..375?? And they don't quote anything...they don't even guarantee it will work.....But they advertise BLAZING FAST SPEEDS......and do compares of 500Kbps to 33 dial up.
