No I don't. Cincinnati Bell gives me unlimited Calling and Long distance for $39.95 a month so I don't have to rely on Insight to be working or not.

I just use the cable modem hooked directly to the computer by ethernet. I know a router will slow down your connection some. I'll bet to routers really slow you down.
