Hi sean5900xt , If you cant open the file with Office 2003, it may be because Power Point hasn't been installed , it is a option on installing office 2003 To check go to Add and remove programs in control panel scroll down to Microsoft office , click on CHANGE, > add or remove features .>next . power point should be checked , if not and you have the office 2003 disk , carry on , it will require the office disk at some point , if no disk, you can get a free power point viewer from Microsoft = http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=428d5727-43ab-4f24-90b7-a94784af71a4&displaylang=en Hope this helps Regards Roco UK
