sound logic from both members , OK TMN is maybe in the dolldrums at the moment , yes there have been changes, most tech problems have now been sorted I guess for m/s problems with Xp they have just about been solved well as best as they can be, I think a lot of members bypass the Help topic, I do , not being that Tech minded, so maybe you guys with the knowledge should pay more attention there ,(please ) well it saves me from being a Pratt there personally I think we should thank not only Ca3le for putting up with us , but also Mr. Gates for his up and coming Vista I am sure it will keep the Tech mined members busy for A few years and if Water /Tdawnaz stops teasing us guys , that will be the death toll of TMN , IMHO
-
now that is a good idea Sparticus BTW , eyesight is the second thing to go on males , so I have been told
-
IMHO we have of topic, we have tech stuff, do people google LMFAO and get TMN ?, so whats the reasoning behind this thinking , OK keep it clean , that I fully agree with that , good natured banter off topic is the heart of TMN, IMHO , there are as you know many Tech forums out on the Internet ,if you cant take the off topic , it ain't compulsory reading BTW but TMN is unique in it's friendly formula , Imho

I would reply to that, but I have mislaid my bifocals and I don't own a TV, go figure

Ryan don't do it , it will affect your eyesight and lead to poverty , and the same goes for too much TV

|Hi Sparticus , yes , thats what draws me back to TMN , more than any other forum , But I fear we are going way off topic here, you can PM me if you have anything you would like to know about UK life and customs , My ultimate Christmas/seasons greetings, wish is Peace and goodwill between all mankind , especially for peace for the children , whatever religion ,

sorry Sparticus , I just googled PIMP totaly different meaning in the UK , UK pimp , one who lives of imoral earnings, I wish the Aston Martin would be on the drive now
-
you have to insure for that ? in the UK , it would be called justifiable GBH (aka, Gobling Behind Hedges or officially, Grievous Bodily Harm ) and I would have to do 20 hours local comunity work , at the max . !
-
Yeah, you are right Sparticus , the headlamps have the same movement as my G/F' eyes in the sack .....................
-
So right Sparticus, but if I had been on the receiving end , that instructor would be buying a new set of teeth ................... ...................

Hi Shugs , do you want the Stats. on how many times Auto pilot has screwed up would you trust you life on your computer ? BSD can be fatal The mark of a true Professional is to recognize their mistake fast , and not blunder on down the wrong route , on average people make mistakes once in 100 operations , (NASA ) but true professionals don't make 3 in a row IMHO, but WTF it wasn't my nuts that got roasted , repeatedly
-
I like your prices , same in UK but they forget to dived by 1.8 $ -

I can appreciate in your professional field in a emergency situation mistakes can and do happen, but that guy had all the time in the world to think his actions through , and he failed to do so, to the point of having made a mistake ,then failing to correct it , My Darwin comments just give him time , he will get there , The general thought that everyone screws up !, remember that on your next aircraft flight ,
-
Sorry again Shugs , Profesionals dont screw up like that, I forgot the training , I forgot the aiming procedure , I forgot to switch it off , but I went ahead anyway , ? How do you base the thought he may be a good cop candidate for the Darwin Award in my book ,
