my download connection went down by 2Mb or more all this week.

i have 6000/768 package so far upload is close to its cap but my download speeds have dropped more than 2Mb all this week. i wish they're working on another uprade :D if problem continous on monday i am calling comcast and tell them "if im avering 4Mb and below, you bettter charge me for the 4Mb/384kb package"
