You need to post what Sat and transponder you are on which can be found in the advanced modem section. You must connect thr PC directly to the modem to isolate and speed up the procedure for anyone to help, as said the router could be bad.

For a start I was born in the first half of the last century. The decommisioning could have been from the random testing the modem does. If it fails a self test this can happen. Some have done a xpol in bad weather and found themselves decommissioned as I have. You can check the ACP stats in the advanced area of the modem but if you have rebooted it since then all record of this will be gone.
