my amd athlon 64x2 5600+ just came in today and i installed it. works awesome. im formatting tmorrow after school and then i'll post up some benchmarks and stuff. its awesome so far..and stock cooling its 26C which is around 80 degrees farenheit.

so, why can't he create a restore point then go into disk cleanup and delete all but the most recent restore point. that would free up a bunch of space i bet.

same with my samsung monitor. i now have a 22 inch wide screen Acer lcd monitor and it hasn't had a problem yet and the warranty is already expired. but i can't say the same for my acer laptop...it just got out of warranty and the dvd drive went out

who needs warranties, i mean seriously the only time stuff goes bad is when your 2 year warranty runs out

honestly overclocking is not good unless you know what the FSB and voltage and etc. does. but im sure that those guides by coknuck will help.

no im just saying i've had it since i formatted and it still has given me no problems you dont have to format to install it. you can download and istall it any time you want. its a 90mb file you just download and install.

No issues whats so ever. i am running it just fine using xp pro sp2. no problems. and its FREE!!!! but seriously. i installed it after a fresh format and have had 0 problems with it. now microsoft word on the other hand.....

thats the cd you need....pop it in the drive and when it loads up click on the audio driver and install it ...should be self explanitory if you put the cd in the drive and read whats up.

is that a Biostar U8638? i have a Biostar tforce 550 motherboard and all the drivers and programs came with the board on a cd. check your cd. install this first so you know if it works and isnt interfering with other drivers like you think is happening. this should solve all the problems...i hope. http://drivers.softonic.com/ie/13406/Biostar_U8638 im not sure if the actual files are in spanish but if they are at least you have the names of the files you need. if you have a biostar board.

thats what i was trying to get to. its easy if its integrated...if not i was gonna wait for him to post what it was and i would help find the drivers.

still need to know this. and where are you installing the driver from. a cd? the internet? maybe its the wrong driver?
