Its really your choice, But pre fab computers usually arent very good to upgrade because the cooling and all that stuff is designed for what is in the system and to make it run best. If you did plan on upgrading I.E Video Card or Processer, You would have to see if the case has proper ventilation. I have one of the older dells and the air flow SUCKS so my cards run pretty hot.

If you have DSL usually there is a dial up backup when the company is doing maintenance, this could have been what was happening.

My streaming video has been pretty slow recentaly, like 3 minute videos on like youtube will take 10 - 15 mins to fully load. Anyone know a program where you can add and remove startup entries. backwhen i first got my pc i used to always check the *start this application win windows starts button* and now its coming back to haunt me, My pc *always has* been real slow to start up because of this, I dont want to uninstall the programs i just want to make it so they dont run when windows starts.
