yes you can tweak upload, Defult Send Window is the key for win XP and 2k. VanBuren

Try my 3000 384 file, all my files is also tweaked for upload based on the cap. try my tweakguide http://thegamer.serveftp.com/FAQ.htm Last nite i updated the 3000+ files, so if you already have it, redownload this http://thegamer.serveftp.com/VanBurens_cablenut_settings.zip and overwrite the old one. heya jim you need to find the right MSS value 1. open adjuster click delete cablenut tweaks, click save to registry, reboot your pc. 2. Now run this TCP analyzer http://forums.speedguide.net:8117/ and find the right MSS value. 3. Open cablenut again, browse to the folder with your MSS, choose the file thats suit your advertised speed, click save to registry again and reboot. good luck VanBuren

Yea its located in sweden, i hate this win XP SP2, somehow it slow my upload down over high ping. Before i had SP2 i had a guy on comcast living in mobile alabama downloading in 200 KB/s from me ............ grrrrrr i guess i need a reformat well if anyone got DAP or Stardownloader it would speed it up abit VanBuren

Ah you using DW, i have no tweaks for satellite So uninstall the tweaks that you have with cablenut by opening adjuster and click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry and reboot. Maybe you need Admin rights to use it i dont know, do you have admin rights when you log on normal? There is 2 good tweakprograms 1. cablenut, most advanced tweakprogram i ever seen, no spyware, wont mess up your registry, if you dont like the tweaks just click delete cablenut tweaks and save to registry, then you have all parameters to windows defult. 2, TCP Optimizer (less good if you ask me) It helps alot of ppl, works best for fast connections above 3 Mbps downloadspeed, somone was saying it has spyware, im not so sure about that never seen it myself. The problem with this program is that it dosent care how big your bandwidth is it just set same values for all connection types. It also dosent autoclean when uninstalling, you need a backup from your registry to fully restore your PC if your not happy with result. and do not use both program at same time, that can mess up your TCP settings alot.
