  1. cos you will get trouble with flowcontrol if its too large, that means that if your on a p2p program and ppl downloadning from you, and your also downloading from somone, your downloadspeed will decrease alot more then it has to VanBuren

  4. what cablenut file did you use? I suggest you try the cable&dsl files from MSS 1460 folder since you dont have a cap downstream, try 5000 file, 6000, 8000, and 10000 file and use the file that works best just change the DefaultSendwindow to 32768 for all these files remember to click save to registry and reboot after each change good luck VanBuren

  10. if your using a router and XP + PPPoE then use 1492 as MTU if your NOT using a router and connect direct to modem then use 1480 as MTU and use 3360/864 when calculating the settings VanBuren

  17. you can try to reduce the rate that the game using in the setup options i dont play hl so i dont know what kinda rates the game using VanBuren

  22. thats not a accurate speedtest, it load several small random webpages, result will be too low try downloading a file from a local FTP or server that you know is fast VanBuren
  23. yea i was wrong the card should work with agp 2X when its AGP 3.0 compatible however like Grambler said, it might be your mobo that dosent support the card, it might not be AGP 3.0 compatible VanBuren
