Your speed looks pretty good. I had suddenlink and your upload is pretty good for them. I dont know of any suddenlink package that offers over what you are getting.

Yup I have had the same problem. I bet he was DL porn (or at least that is the only file that I have had this happen to me with). It is a little more involved then what you are thinking of. I have had a file that was not in use at all by anything but I could NOT delete it. For one of them I had to download a program just to kill it so I could delete it. Doesnt happen often but when it does.... damn its a pain. What you are thinking of is for example you are playing a mp3 and go to delete it, you have to stop playing it to delete it. Sometimes it is not that easy though. At least I think that is what you are thinking... do you think I know what your thinking? :lol:

Reboot in safe mode and delete it that way. Many times if you just reboot and go straight to the file and delete it, that will work also. There are also programs to kill files like that. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=320081
