Latency or ( time it takes for the data to transfer) and fluctuating bandwidth are base station technical problems. You have to report it thru an email to the CSR, indicate your ping test as well as the result of speed test.

@kaiten01 Again it's a base-station problem. Report that to the TSR thru emails, with your speedtest results, i'm sure they will do somethings to resolve that.

@djay i have my previous post about the canopy starting on page 9 just look at there. requirements for canopy parameters : RSSI = 500 or up , jitter 4 or below.

you can actually use both optimizers, cablenut and sg tcp optimizer. instruction for sg tcp optimizer: on the general settings, the network adapter selection = select your LAN card and then click optimal settings. the tcp optimizer will just enhance other settings which cablenut have not changed. no side-effects. i have tried cablenut and tcp optimizer at the same time now. my current speedtest: :::.. @dmag07, configure your router first. in my case i have my speedstream 6520, port #4 for is set to WAN ( smartbro RJ45 attached to port #4). Then use bridge IP...

Hello @dmag07, I am also a smartbro subscriber. swimmer is right. if you are redirected to smartbro portal, just have the authentication and then you can browse afterwards.
