  1. @silvergreen, you can email them at [email protected], email your complaints with your bandwidth test results.
  2. I did talked to a technical support earlier, he told me there is a problem with the antenna alignment. I want to argue but he kept of insisting that the antenna is misaligned. I will be again scheduled for field visit, whew! Smartbro-ken.
  3. That's the latest speedtest, I chat to him at MIRC earlier. His speed is consistent since before.
  4. Hello peepz, somebody shared to me a snapshot of speedtest, he is a smartbro subscriber since last last year. His speed reached to 20 Mbps. check this picture.
  5. I might just misinterpret what you said coolbuster. Sorry for that.
  6. Alright guys, if it works for u then stick to that settings
  7. @thugs I am really not a believer of cablenut or TCP optimizer, but I just tried the settings one that was posted in the forum by gourame. It might improve the performance, as to optimize your computer TCP/IP performance. But the big factor is the Bandwidth allocated by the smartbro to us. I have noticed (there was a time my base station is okay for a month) even no tweak is done on the PC as long as the Bandwidth of the smartbro is Okay, the internet speed is really fast. My speedtest never dropped to 384 kbps even during peak hours.
  8. HELLO pEEpz, I have encounter that problem since before I sent countless email already to the CS, but still no action from them. I wish smartbro communications engineers will be KARMA!!!
  9. I have to correct my self, I mean set the value for Uplink and Downlink Burst Allocation to 1500 kbits and Set the values for Sustained Uplink and downlink Data Rate to 500. - This is to maximize the performance of your antenna.
  10. I suggest to set to maximum value for both sustained download and upload burst speed to 1000. to utilize the channel bandwidth efficiently.
  11. With my understanding, Upload burst and download burst should be at maximum, to maximize canopy's performance. If you set sustained download burst speed to 448 and upload to 1024, you are making an unbalanced channel for both direction, you are making you smartbro as "inverted asymmetrical DSL " - upload is higher than download. And are you are limiting the download channel to 448 kbps. think again.
  12. FREE movies Guys http://www.watchnewfilms.com
  13. It doesn't really matter what OS you are using based on my observation. They both give similar speed
  14. hehehe grifter, I am not that comfortable with utorrent
  15. 1 Home XP and 2 Pro XP. Only 1 is licensed the rest pirated.hehe...About the speed, if all the computers are downloading, the internet speed is divided into 3.
  16. I have 3 PCs connected, and MTU = 1500. It's hard to experiment on the canopy.hehe...
  17. Actually my smartbro is connected to a router (Speedstream 6520), I just tried to configure the port forwarding for my router, adding services like TCP or UDP (port) then routed to a static ip address. But I have not yet tried on the Canopy.
  18. Pre maybe u have to consult your vendor, maybe they can help you, if you can still claim its warranty
  19. di yan sira pre, u can try this tip go to Internet Protocol Properties, then Use the following IP address: 192.168.1.0 then submask 255.255.255.0, then open a browser type http://192.168.1.1 , try mo pre
  20. Ganun cguro, kasi pagnareset mo yung router eh dapat maka access ka sa default router IP address na 192.168.1.1, itry kaya ang 192.168.254.254 <--- ito yung default IP ng speedstream 6520 eh, baka lang pede din sa iyo
  21. Hey FallowEarth it's not garbage okay? i am trying to help somebody who is not familiar with networking. And we are using our local dialect that's why you interpret it as garbage
  22. mali pagka type mo eh, ipconfig /renew , ipconfig /reset <------ mayroon space between g and / .
  23. okay, after doing that go to run then type cmd and enter. sa command prompt, type " ipconfig /reset " then enter, then type " ipconfig /renew " . then balik mo ulit access ang 192.168.1.1
