You can try this, before the windows xp load up, press F8 to redirect to the advance start up menu and then choose safe mode. In the safe mode, you will going to open the system restore and restore your computer settings to a date where computer works perfectly.

Do you have a copy of windows xp installer?if you have one, then you can repair your windows by booting up your cdrom drive 1st in the bios and do the repairing.

Last resort is to use a default plug and and access the canopy page with the default ip of 169.254.1.1. You can read the canopy manual for the complete instructions, download @ www.canopywireless.pl/files/File/manuals/SMManualIss5.pdf

You need the default plug to override the password protection entered by the administrator/installer.

Just to add on, if it says temporarily deactivated, ask for the operator/TSR to activate the roaming capability of your SM/antenna.
