There are no legal ways to achive speeds above your cap. You're already getting 373Kb, which is probably as fas as you're going to get.

It is cached. You can not be over 1000% faster than average for your ISP. Turn off any firewall, accelerator and virus scanner. Then try the test again. Please everyone, enough with the cached tests. We can tell if they are fake. Please do not misrepresent your speeds. We will delete posts if needed.
