aren't those screenies showing a surge? although they're indicating a 53% and 86% download, there is only 1 slot showing the received data in both s-shots, which usually happens in a pause-resume process. your speed is fast though. nice

try using a port above 46800 but not higher than 64500. are you using a router?

welcome back tamie77 try to turn off your firewall before accessing the canopy sm. somehow there's this issue that firewalls don't permit access to the antenna.
