w/c 20 tweaks are you referring to? the original 20 steps from me? or from another site? smartbro is inconsistent that's why you are getting intermittent results. try to use avast instead of nod32. use IE in speed testing. make sure its only avast running in your startup.

first of all we are pleased to welcome the newest members to testmy.net please eradicate the word noob. we were also starters in our own time. tmn server is located in the US and Philippine time is approximately 15 hours ahead so there's nothing wrong with the time and date. the variations in test results are caused by Smartbro being a wireless internet having intermittent or inconsistent speed.

yeah and it's pretty amazing. connectiion speeds really improved way beyond imagination. i am experimenting on a freeware + cablenut tweaks. observation period in a number of days.
