You get much better reuslts, and we are both on RCN. Routing for me sucks though. I download at 9000kb/s, and get about 3000kb/s here. My upload is also 22kb/s thanks to one way, weeeeeeeeeee.

The RWIN is ridiculous, but the speed is fairly good.

I doubt that is from the tweak. It's too small of an increase, and could have just been the result of less traffic. Probably just coincidence.

It's generally not a good idea to use programs like that, expecially ones that will use settings for a connection that is rated much higher than your line, but if you are happy, then go for it.
