Chipset, so you could use ClockGen for easy OCing. Memory: Can it handle the increased FSB speed? CPU: the codename, which you can find with something like CPU-Z.

I think that's BS. Unless you're running settings too high for that videocard, it can't lag you out. It's more likely an active program stealing CPU cycles. Atm, I'm running 2x 80 gig HD, brands unknown until I take a look at them. One has 1 gig left (filled with anime/porn/backups), the other has plenty of space left.

Dude, if you're gonna OC, do it with the right cooler. That one is noisy, small and doesn't push a whole lot of air. I would guess it's not much better than stock. Of course, it does depend on how much money you're willing to spend on one... A Zalman 7000AlCu is nice, and will keep your cpu cooler. It shouldn't be that expensive either.

Those should be 12, 3, -12 and 5 volts respectively, and yours are way below that. You might want to try replacing your power supply.

I guess you misunderstood. That's stock, yours is an OC'ed CPU.

That is OC'ed to the limit. Max stock speed are 2.8 for the AMD single core (FX-57), and 2.4 for Dual Core AMD (4800+). Add 1 Ghz for single, and 1.2 Ghz for dual for Intel max stock.

Highest Athlon speed I've seen was 4 Ghz, and that's single core: An FX-57 at 4096 Mhz. Dual core seems to cap out a 3.6 atm.
