  1. To resurrect another memory from the past: *adds VanBuren to the list once again* tdawnaz: I will not take it outside, as he lost the battle already. There's really no harm when a resurrected thread goes off-topic as it should be dead anyway, especially this one. I'm hoping ryan312 will go for revenge, it might even get interesting then.
  2. RTB

    Processor

Overclocking is rarely misuse, it's your right to squeeze out as much performance as possible out of your rig, but you just gotta be sure it can handle it. Not many Semprons go 2800 Mhz on air and live to calculate some more.
  3. No, it's teh evil, at least from the RIAA/MPAA's point of moneygrubbing view. Doesn't stop me from using it.
  4. No whining mister, you don't deserve the right to whine, not until you lose both your arms.
  5. No, really? Hmm, I just triple-quoted myself. That's gotta be bad.
  6. I wouldn't worry about that, hell even superman got paralyzed and he lived on for quite a few years after that. Your legs were doing nothing while sitting in front of the computer anyway.
  7. *equips his Dragon's Tooth and chops the train in half as well as accidently chopping ryan314 in half* Oops.
  8. The change of avatar is only a prelude to what is still to come. I'm thinking... rampage style.
  9. Oh, please... too easy. *reflects the rays with some spares bits of kryptonite and makes them rays homing out of boredom* We're going a bit off-topic here aren't we?
  10. *gives Ryan314 a present made of lead and contains kryptonite* Have fun with it. If you survive, that is. coknuck: This was my old avatar, before I found that Animatrix horse animation.
  11. *drives over Ryan314 in a Warthog with extra-spikey tires* Don't you dare do that ever again. These thread resurrections are unholy and should never happen to keep the god of fora pleased. But, instead of worshipping that cheapskate, worship me instead.
  12. I wonder if the old gang misses the old RTB... clicky. Those days were fun. Nowadays I'm still being screwed, by all of you and by everyone nearby me, as well as my ISP. Went back to the old avatar.
  13. That speed in Britain is like an oxymoron, because that's the only word that appriopriate for such rediculous things.
  14. Looking back, I can only shake my head at how wrong chello was back then. Even though I'm now on my own computer (two now in fact, and a half-dead laptop), my dad's still the same.
  15. Holy thread resurrection. This was done at the old forum, quotes in quotes require more work now, and are pointless anyway.
  16. It's been two years already... I just forgot.
  17. That is real life. On the intarweb you start from zero when you are new on a forum, kinda like getting born again. You'll be of age soon enough
  18. Typo If only this would be a reason for ISPs to increase the cap for upload, then it'd be worth having.
  19. They used to be there, and now they're back. Back with a vengeance for some, I guess.
  20. Unknown size and the fact that you're required to fill out quite a bit of personal information make me say no to this 'free' USB drive.
  21. Haven't looked into it in detail, but I can say that a robots.txt is to be used when you want to control whether search engines can index a particular page. It's still not possible for someone to just go out an delete data on servers he/she/it only has read-access on.
  22. Still, I guess I'm gonna have to be the big bad moderator here. The first post by itself was a little odd, and even though there were posts in between originally, you kept posting the link. Once is enough :/ Again, it's just impossible to remove personal information on the web, if it's on sites you have no control over, and that includes search engines. To me it seems the owners of the website you posted it have found a way to make money easy, while not having to do anything for it. Second, I think the next time you should wait before editing things back until we had a chance of explaining eachother's actions in private. Communication's good, y'know cholla: No harm done.
  23. Agreed. What that website advertised is impossible to do thanks to the nature of the web.
  24. Never was the rule. Just something made up to make it seem legal. The moment you download it is the moment you technically break the law.
