  2. I dont think refresh rate is your problem , refrest rate means the time your video card repaint the images in one second intervals, Ex, a 60 Hz refresr rare will paint a picture in your momitor 60 times and so on.

  4. your profile for firefox should be in documents and settings/username/application data if u dont find that folder go to program files/mozilla firefox/defaults/profile and delete all files in the profile folder, upon starting firefox again you should be able to create a new profile. Note: this worked for me in the same problem i had bout a month ago. Cant assure it will work for you, anyway deleting your firefox profile wont render your computer useless so its pretty safe

  9. Hi, Liberty ISP in PR is not the only ISP with problems i use onelinkpr (formerly Adelphia) and having the same problems at peak hours

Hi, Adelphia/Onelinkpr has benn having speed problems bout 3 weeks now, sometimes at night i goes so low that is in the dial up range, today speeds are good...we are discussing that in our forum at www.tecnetico.com. and you are right its 35 bucks when you also have cable tv, or internet stand alone for first 3 month...
  11. Hi, Sangelnet, you will be able to improve those speeds with a little tweakink, i use tcp optimazer version 1, www.speedguide.net, during daytimes i average 4Mb, expensive fo 55 bucks but no other choice..by the way i invite you to visit technology portal in spanish, www.tecnetico.com.

Look at these speeds, more likely to onelinkpr. :::..
