Well, apparently I was wrong. The partition isn't physically damaged, but the install disk would not read it properly. I might have found a program that will recover my data. (REALLY hoping for it.) Thanks, EBrown

Edit: Apparently the drive is corrupt, because the Windows Install Disk will not format it, but only one partition. The other partition is perfectly fine. Thanks, EBrown

True that. I am 16 and have, what, 3 friends in the real world. I use Facebook more as a contact list. If I actually care about the person, I put their number in my Rolodex. (Yeah, old school.) As for the people from high school who used to "kick your ass," I am with you. I have a half dozen pending friend requests from people like that. "Once an asshole, always an asshole." I only use my Tweeter for a specific application I am developing. Apart from that I don't use it at all. And yet, my "Generation" is supposed to be the "Technology" generation. In all reality, I still bond with my dad through various work projects we do. I would rather spend a week at summer camp than sit on my ass on a computer for hours on end. I wish the rest of this generation were the same way. But, alas, you can't always get what you want. Thanks, EBrown

Yeah, it has two breaks in it, so it must be the MSA one. I also found two old PCI NIC's here, with a RJ-45 and a BNC connector. (Each card has both connectors.) I'll be sure to let you know what I get for them on EBay. (Always useful having that information to gauge anything else.) Thanks, EBrown

So I found some of these legacy NIC cards, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they are. According to the sticker on one of them, it was manufactured by RACORE Computer Products, INC. I have 11 of them, 5 Small ones (A8118 Rev. C) and 6 Large ones (A8118 Rev. D/E). If anyone could point me to more information on ANY of them, that would be great. I would love to know where I could possibly get a couple computers to run them, and a few fiber cables for them. (They are Fiber NIC's btw, my guess is FDDI or Token Ring.)
