Your problem: Direcway. Actually I know there was some changes being made the download script so maybe that is why you got false readings the first time. and to make it better, just follow the normal steps(virii, spyware, VanBurens tweaks...) although im assuming you have done this. If all else fails, call their outsourced tech support.

I thought the cutoff for the 3/768 was 9000FT? I could be wrong though. But yes Mactron is absolutely right, there will not go by anything other than what their database says, and since i just recently moved... they still have my old address wich is too far away for DSL, but in my new house I could throw a brick into the wall off the CO from my backyard...

i am pretty sure Vonage is one of the 'hoggier' VoIP providers there is. Requiring around 60 kb/s upload for analog quality.

notice the 2.8 mb connection is only 85% of the hosts average... everytime a FiOS test is ran, it makes the DSL s users wonder if there is something wrong.... but a very good taste score for 3/768
