hey i like that. there's some kind of zen to it.

like "For you to be strong, young PC Tweaker, you must learn to be patient"  :2funny: :2funny:

but the ever popular motto that's best applicable to tweakers is this:

"There's No Harm In Trying"

:2funny: :2funny: :2funny:

encouraging news here, still reading up so I don't accidentally muck something up and not know how to undo it  :idiot2:

already tried the "20 steps", and the SmartBro service has already improved (better weather here), but i'm still averaging below 256kbps UL/DL.

now to look for my brother's binoculars....

maybe, your own canopy is limiting your speed which makes your tweak useless.

Yes, I tried accessing the canopy page (elijahpaul's?) but I couldn't access it.  Will try this thread's method tonight. Wish me luck

Help me please! When I reach the part where you type arp -a in the command prompt, this is what happens:

Any idea how to get my canopy's ip address? The canopy is way, way up so I can't reach it

you have to be on the canopy network in order to access the ap iv have been doin some research and if i find a way you will be the first to know have you tried the /mac.html after the ip address?

not yet mr. steel. will wait for your research to complete. thanks a lot.
