  1. oh my bad..lol....it took a total of few hours to build it and get into windows
  2. well......what clock/memory speed does the 7800gtx run at ? ....my 7800gt stock runs at 470/1100 - which is equivelent of some gtx versions - is gtx a 512mb card ?
  3. my cpu score is also 797 - very very low for its class ! - again, i dont know what kind of impact another gig of ram would have
  4. amd athlon 64bit 3700+ running at 2.2 - my system is as optimized as it gets (...o/c in future)....i am not quite sure if running 2 gigs of ram, instead of a gig of ram I run is gonna affect 3dmark06 score that much - that is a big difference !
  5. not that it really matters - after all this is only syntetic benchmarking - it doesnt show real life performance.....

  7. are you aware there is a formula that will approximatelly tell you how hot/cold it will run under load ?

I gotta score of 4223 - suprisingly low actually - ...im gonna retest later this night It really does not make sense because my 7800gt runs stock at 470/1100 - i will have to retest tonight with 520/1250 - i choose a resolution of 1024-768 - i dont know if that can affect the score - i gotta see whatsup

  15. its not even worth wasting the money on that processor - ...save for an upgrade - new motherboard will not show u a "worth the money" increase in performance

  17. I would suggest making 4-5 different partitions....maybe one for games, one for music, one for backups and so on...you get the idea
  18. http://www.sysresccd.org/download.en.php I use this software - it is free....just burn the image to a CD and boot from a CD - it is very easy to use and you shouldnt have problems
  19. no...you do not need to reformat if you partition your hard drive...but you do, however need to format the new partitions, most likely ntfs for your everyday needs - your windows install wont be affected
  20. well...if that might be the issue - your best solution is to partition the hard drive into several partitions and make it easier for yourself
