  1. will look into the opteron 148 because i plan to eventually overclock. nothing too extreme but just to get a little more power.

  6. i am interested in building or buying a gaming computer. kinda wanna build so i can learn some more but would get a pre-built if it was cheaper. i don't really know much on processors and motherboards. not sure about a graphics or sound card and how much memory ill need. AMD vs. intel not sure if one is better for gaming or not. i plan to spend around 1500 give or take. so any input would be appreciated. i wanna build something that i wont have to upgrade for too long.

  14. Welcome to the forum Oleg your speed is pretty much on target for your advertised speeds. have you done any tweaks, might be able to get farther above your cap.

  16. yep i typed in dxdiag and it brought up this window saying my computers specs and it said that i have the DirectX 9.0 version. thanks
  17. i have xbox 360 and have been playing and got a decent gamerscore, the only thing is i dont want that gamertag anymore but i want to keep my gamerscore. so if i copied my game saves onto a memory card and then saved them to my new gamertag would i get my achievements with my new gamertag. i know i can change my gamertag but thats not the problem i want to start over in halo 2.
  18. i am looking into buying a capture card and it says a requirement is DirectX 9-compatible sound card and graphics card (or higher). where would i go on my computer to see if i have this or link that would test my computer.

  21. have u tried cablenut? that may get you some more speed, but your looking ok right now.
