I bought adobe photoshop 8 on Ebay for $10 USD inc.postage , but what bothers me is why did I have to disconect from the internet when installing it, and run a small aplication to get it to register ? well I used to get the max of 1.9Mb down , now I am seeing 3.5 Mb +down , testing in the UK , and I may have had my download cap of 2 Gb removed , as Tiscali customers never had that applied , if this is the case I will stay for a while and see what happens , coz a 8Mb plan with no cap , for $26 USD a month would be hard to beat in the UK , BTW I never thought my old phone line would ever run these speeds ? Pipex customers are now being moved over to the Tiscali servers ,and Pipex staff being laid off , it has it's pros and cons . my Pipex speed has risen by 30% but I have had a few disconnects , and no doubt I will have to put up with the offshore help line , sad times for Pipex as it was one of the earliest Broadband providers in the UK,

The most acurate one I guess , there are too many variables time of day , distance ect. TMN speed test is aknowlged to be very acurate , and is the main one I use , although I am 3000 miles from the server , I loose about -10 % due to that , and I do test within the UK , and it confirms my speed + the 10 %
