Hi Tommie , , trouble is my puter was the fastest , but my customer/friends (they don't pay ) have all upgraded yeah I am happy enough with the 2.5 box, and I am fast reaching the age that the Athlon is getting quicker than me , I have a backup puter with Athlon 1.7 , it dosn't feel any different to the 2.5 , but performance tests show the difference, so if I can't feel it, I ain't going to worry too much

Me , Promise you won't laugh , I have 256/128 dsl broad band , Yeah not exactly High speed , , but in 29 day's I will be getting a 2Mb service for the same money $27.43 with no limit , (cheap in the UK ) and I am excited , even at my grand age, in 4 years I have moved up from 56Kbps to 150/60 and on to the dizzy heights of 256/128 , now going on to 2Mb , still ,this wont eclipse the feeling I got with my first connection to the internet at 48 Kbps , and that magical message " other people may be able to see" can you still remember that day ? year ? 2001 with Win. M.E. how far back do you go?

I have seen it done , but all the antivirus vender's say don't , for my pennies worth (UK) AVG works for me and many others , I tried Avast , but I did not give it enough time I guess, and went back to AVG , I totally agree with pwstegeman , in not running 2 anti-virus appli's.
