that is a number based on your latency to their testserver during test. test several NDT servers and compare what they suggest, cos if there is a latency issue between you and one server, they will suggest too large RWIN. VanBuren

it could be a problem in the route make a tracert start-run-cmd tracert testmy.net you can also make a pathping pathping testmy.net VanBuren

i dont complain Well i been suffering with this old AMD 1700+ from 2001, and saved money for a long time to upgrade, i figured if i do an upgrade, i want to get things that last atleast 4 more years, until next upgrade With a SLI system or Crossfire, i can build a very fast PC and later on when things seems slow, just add one more videocard, thats a cheap upgrade VanBuren

this was what he got on the tweakfile i made, like i said before, i dont think it will go faster then this on that 33.6 modem. VanBuren
