Lets try to install the driver that I pointed you to. You need to download and run that program. Save it to your desktop and read the instructions for installation on the web site carefully. Each hardware manufacturer has a little different way of installing their drivers. Especially take note of the temporary directory where the driver is "unzipped" to. This is where you point the installer when your prompted for a location for the driver files. Sorry I can't be more specific on the install instructions. If it asks for the windows 2000 disk, point it to the c:windowsoptionscabs, or the c:winntoptionscabs or the c:I386 directory. Each of these directories may or may not exist on your system.
